Join us each Sunday at 8:00 AM for an empowering opportunity to move together and make new friends. Women of all ages and fitness levels will gather for a run or walk. The focus is on creating a supportive space where participants can enjoy nature, connect with others, and have fun. The group promotes inclusivity, celebrating all paces and experiences, and aims to provide encouragement, build community, and offer a break from the weeks stresses. Start your morning with an adventure on the trails, then stick around for an inspiring/educational talk by Dr. Heather Salzer. Heather’s expertise spans pelvic health and general orthopedic conditions. She strives to help people feel strong, confident, and pain-free while navigating the challenges of daily life and doing activities they love.

First option: Lost Lake Parking Lot to Fragrance Lake (4 miles). Second option: Run up to Fragrance Lake, down the Two Dollar Trail, and back along the Interurban to Lost Lake Parking Lot (6 miles).

Distance: We will run/walk along the waterfront before a post-adventure talk/workshop with local legends, Tammy Bennett and Carol Frazey. We will learn practical (and fun!) ways to increase our strength and improve our balance from these two knowledgeable, experienced wonder women!
